Mixed-Income Development

The Park Morton redevelopment aims to transform the existing 174 units of public housing on the Park Morton site into roughly 545 units of mixed-income, mixed-use housing. Over two-thirds of the total units will be affordable to low and moderate-income households and the redevelopment will bring new amenities and public space into the neighborhood.
