There will be a total of 273 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with 90 units set aside as replacement units for Park Morton residents, another 111 affordable units available to households with under 60% of area median income (AMI), and 72 market rate units.

The PUD for the Bruce Monroe Development was approved in May of 2017. Progress has since been delayed due to a Zoning Appeal Case. In conjunction with the development of Bruce Monroe, the District of Columbia has committed to developing a new park along the site’s southern side. More information about it can be found here.
