Bruce Monroe Offsite Redevelopment
The PUD for Bruce Monroe was approved in May of 2017. Progress has since been delayed on Bruce Monroe due to a Zoning Appeal filed by four neighbors. Oral arguments for the zoning appeal were heard before the Court of Appeals on February 14, 2019. On June 25, 2020, the Court of Appeals issued its decision to remand the order and outlined seven issues for the Zoning Commission to address. The Development Team will respond to the Zoning Commission’s requests in addressing the Court’s findings.
